Reports
Good start to July with visiting angler Guy catching this beautiful hen sewin Guy said Caught on a 10 foot 6 weight, 12lb berkley trilene leader and a 40mm grays of kilsyth needle tube dressed in pearl and blue. Sparse dressing, hook size 18 treble. Third cast. Jumped three times on the take, then teleported around the pool, jumped a further time and fought slow and deep, the whole fight was done in about 10 mins. She swam off very strongly. All in all a wonderful experience.

Work Party 29th April 2017
Many thanks to all who turned up for the work party on Saturday. Stiles were creosoted, Himalayan Balsam bashed with the mighty brush cutters, new stile finished, bridge repaired and old stile rejuvenated. Great jobs by Vince, Gethin and Craig, Gareth, Adrian, Rob, Clive, Steve and Mike.
Work Party February 2017
A successful work party took place on the lower waters on February 18th 2017. The right bank was cleared to allow fishing access from the boulders pool upstream to the junction pool. This is a very productive stretch and with renewed accessibility it should provide good sport for the coming season.
A new stile and platform was also created to allow easier access to the above water. However one step forward one step back, or down, as the bridge to the cleared bank saw Vince Rees fall through it! Another job to be undertaken.
The new stile is in the field to the right of the access stile on the Llangadog Road A4069. If entering this field please make sure you keep to the edges of the field.
